Starting out as a new Board member for your Association? First of all, congratulations are in order! It’s an important role that can directly impact the day-to-day lives of your neighbors. To help you make the most of your time serving the community, the Florida Community Association Journal asked industry leaders to offer their advice to new inductees to the Board of Directors, and I was happy to include my advice for new Board members.
