The goal isn’t to make numerous surface-level connections. Rather, focus your time and energy on genuine relationships with people in your network. Look for ways that you can contribute to the growth of others in your field, and ask the same of them. The strongest partnerships are built when individuals with shared interests align and offer the best of their individual talents for the greater good!
