Growing Your Network
Ideally, one relationship in the business realm should lead to another. If you put forth the effort to properly build a professional network, you’ll find yourself exponentially expanding your reach while simultaneously growing your number of leads. The fact is that business relationships are no easier to maintain than personal relationships. There is an art to growing your network by crafting and maintaining genuine connections.
When I set out to create The Melrose Management Partnership, I was armed with a few key connections from my time in land development. By fostering and expanding these genuine relationships (and treating my connections as precious) I have grown my network exponentially. Successful entrepreneurs learn that strong networks are created only by putting forth ample time and effort.
