The Danger of Taking Sole Credit for Your Successes
Can you ever really take 100% credit for succeeding in business? I don’t believe that you can! Though you may be a major player in your business and an enormous factor driving the success, there are always background forces at play helping move the vehicle. The Melrose Corporation wouldn’t be where it is today without my team members and all of their contributions, and I’m sure that your team is similarly important to you.
Even if you are a one man operation, your mentors, teachers, family, and friends no doubt contribute to your knowledge base and encourage you along the challenging road of entrepreneurship. Don’t be afraid to acknowledge them for the important roles they have played!
